I love General Tso's Chicken. It's my favorite Chinese
take out dish. Every time I'd go out and wake up with a
bad hangover, the best solution was always General Tso's Chicken
and Pork Fried Rice. New York City is known for its
Chinese take-out, and I was addicted. But with a
resolution to eat healthy food this year, I decided no more
take-out or junk food or fast food. And if I ever crave
General Tso's I would have to make it myself! So, I
decided I must learn how to make it. After all, how can I
eat General Tso's all of these years and not know how to make it
myself?
